Any discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous orders. Only one discount code can be applied towards a single purchase.

Shipping
Orders are shipped Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. Domestic orders can be sent Smartpost (7-10 business days), FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day), FedEx 2Day (2 business days), FedEx Ground (3-5 business days), USPS Priority (2-5 business days), or USPS First Class (5-7 business days). Free Standard Smartpost shipping in Continental US for orders over $125. International orders can be sent via USPS Priority (6-10 business days) or USPS First Class (12-14 business days). Biglove is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier. International customers are responsible for all customs fees. When placing an order for multiple items, and one item is a preorder, your entire order will ship once the preordered item becomes ship ready. We are not able to combine shipping orders for any orders at any time. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping time. Returns
Returns & Exchanges
We are certain you will be delighted with your Biglove purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied please let us know, and we will happily address your concern. Emails for returns should be sent to info@biglove.me
All returns / exchanges must be made within 30 days from the point of shipment, and the buyer is responsible for shipping the returned item. All items must be returned new, unworn, and in all original packaging. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items returned with missing or damaged packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned sale items, not purchased through a special sale {ending in .98 or .99}, or items returned after 30 days will qualify for an exchange or store credit.
How to make a return or exchange:
Please send your package along with a note including your name, shipping address and details on the size or style you are exchanging for or the reason for return. We do ask that you return everything exactly as you received it. Please note we have a small shipping charge for the exchanged item{s} to be shipped to you.
We do ask you to provide a delivery confirmation for your return or exchange package as Biglove is not responsible for lost packages without tracking.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 business days upon receipt of package. Refunds are made in the form of original payment. Please note if the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges for Sale Items.
